Daily Block

One puzzle. One attempt. Every day.

The same board as everyone else, once a day.

Daily Block drops one 8×8 grid and one fixed run of pieces — identical for every player on the planet. Clear lines, survive as long as you can, then find out where you landed. Tomorrow it resets and nobody has an edge.

How a day goes

  1. Open it once

The board is waiting, pre-filled with the day’s shape. Special dates get themed starts — a heart on 14 February, the year’s digits on 1 January.

  2. Drag, clear, survive

Fill a row or a column and it goes. Chain them and the game says so, louder each time: Nice, Great, Amazing, Unbelievable. Empty the board completely and it stops being polite about it.

  3. See where you landed

When nothing fits any more, that’s the day. You get your score, your percentile against everyone who played, and your streak — then a result worth sending to someone.

Miss a day and it’s gone.

A streak counts consecutive days you showed up — not days you won. One reminder at 8pm if you haven’t played, and you can switch even that off. Hold a streak freeze and a missed day gets covered automatically, once.

Endless mode is the other half: the same grid, no limit, your own high score to beat. That is where the ads live, and where a one-off purchase removes them for good.

Questions

Is everyone really playing the same board?
Yes. The board and the whole piece sequence are generated from the date itself, so every player in every country gets an identical puzzle. It rolls over at 00:00 UTC, which keeps one canonical puzzle per calendar date worldwide.
What happens if I miss a day?
Your streak ends โ€” unless you are holding a streak freeze, which is spent automatically to cover the missed day.
Can I retry the daily puzzle?
No. One attempt, no retries, no boosters, no ads inside it. The fairness is the point. Endless mode is there whenever you want to keep playing.
Does sharing my result spoil the puzzle?
No. The share shows your score, your streak and a coloured strip standing in for how long you survived. It never reveals the board or a single placement.
Do I need an account?
No. The game creates an anonymous account by itself on first launch. Signing in with Apple or Google is optional and only exists so your streak survives a new phone.
